Phone/Internet Consultation:

PURPOSE:To formulate ideas using a customized approach to blend professional experience & artistic flare with the aesthetics of each project.                  

We Will:
1) Ask pertinent questions to customize the final plan to your lifestyle
2) Look at products & pictures of projects
3) Establish preferred style
4) Start the development of our working relationship. (As we get to know you in this     consultation, we can evaluate your needs and desires to customize a project that     suits your lifestyle.)

The Process:

1) Initial Consultation

Once the consultation is complete, an additional appointment for estimate and/or further discussion, is required. (over the phone or in person)

2) Secondary Consultation: Is a continuation of development of the working relationship.

The appointment is setup at your residence to accomplish one of two things:

A) Consultation of Ideas
Fees involved:
Canada: Airfare + $150/hour of flying time + $500 consultation fee (Flat rates may be negotiated prior to the meeting)

B) Creation of Architectural Landscape Concept Plan
Fees involved:
$500 - $2500 depending upon depth of detail in the plan
1 Acre and larger properties are priced after the initial consultation

2. Creation of Architectural Landscape Concept Plan
Fees involved:
- $500 - $2500 depending upon depth
- 1 Acre and larger properties are priced according to detail

3. Visit
Fees involved
- Airfare + ($300/hr of airtime)
- Accommodations
- Consultation Fee $1000.00
